HOW TO ORDER FILM PROCESSING
PLEASE USE THE BELOW GUIDE ON HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH US
WHAT FILM DO YOU HAVE?
You’ll need to determine what film you have before anything, whether that is 35mm, 120, etc… then check if it’s black & white, colour, or slide film.

WHAT SERVICE DO YOU WANT?
Once you have selected the correct film type that matches what you’re planning to send us, you then need to tell us what you’d like us to do with it:
Develop Only - This is where we just develop the film in chemistry, turning it into a negative film strip. You will not recieve scans or prints.
Develop + JPEG Scan - This option is most common due to cost, as we will develop your film then send you your scans in a standard resolution .JPG format via an email link where you can download your photos.
Develop + Hi-Res Scan - This option is perfect for people looking to retain high detail, as we will develop your film then send you your scans in .TIFF format via an email link where you can download your photos.
Develop + Scan + Print - This is where we develop, and scan your film exactly as above, then print the digitised film in 6x4’s, on high quality matte photograpic paper.

Once ready to place your order, you will have an option to select how you’re sending us your film…

Sending to us via post - Just package your order well, we recommend a bubble wrap jiffy bag to protect your film as best as possible, please make sure to attach your order number either on the outside or inside of the package.
Sending to us via drop off - This is perfect for locals who want to send us film and avoid that postage charge!
We have a drop box located on the wall of the house, labelled clearly for orders only. Please package the order and attach the order number on the package then pop it in the box. We check this regularly, so you don’t need to worry about letting us know.
That’s everything! If you have ordered scans, these will be sent via a WeTransfer link as soon as the film is scanned, if you are collecting the negatives from us directly, please note that we only hold onto these for 1 month before we dispose of them.
